The course is for adults, and so the minimum age is eighteen.

When you send back your booking form, we ask for a deposit of 150 euros per person.

You can pay by cheque, either in pounds drawn on a UK bank account, or in euros drawn on a French one. If you want to pay by credit card, we've found Paypal to be quite handy. Alternatively you can make a direct bank transfer, but please make sure the recipient isn't liable for the bank charges.

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please give us as much warning as possible. We're sorry, but if you cancel less than thirty days before the first class, we will only be able to refund your deposit if we manage to find someone else to fill your place.

The balance of the course fee is due thirty days before the first class, unless at the time of booking you have agreed other arrangements with us.

If, in extraordinary circumstances, we need to cancel the course, we will refund you any money you have sent us, whether deposit or balance payment. Alternatively, should this happen, you may prefer to transfer your booking to one of our other course dates.

The lunches and evening meals provided by us are at local restaurants and usually consist of three to four courses chosen from the set menu, consisting of soup and/or starter, main course and dessert. Two glasses of wine and coffee are included. You are free to order "à la carte", but the additional cost of this and any other additional items should be settled at the end of the meal.

Since you will be booking your accommodation directly with the gite or B&B owner, hotelier or host family, please check with them regarding the terms and conditions of your reservation.

We recommend you take out travel insurance.
